Most recently Senior Vice President of Programming, Scheduling and Acquisitions at Turner Network Television (TNT), Lisa brings over twenty years of experience in cable and broadcast television to Mateas Media Consulting. 

From her early career as Programming Director for leading independent television station KTLA-TV in Los Angeles, to her position at the TNT cable network, she has brought creativity, innovation, expertise and enthusiasm to the art and science of television -- and now content -- programming. 

In addition to her key role in the start-up of TNT, one of the most successful launches in cable history, Lisa was directly involved in the birth of several other successful cable networks including Turner Classic Movies and TNT- Europe.  Lisa's programming philosophy grew TNT from its start-up to its current strong position as one of cable's highest-rated networks.
